Available services
- Wheelchair
- Free; request up to 48 hours before departure
- Unaccompanied minor
- Ages 5–11, with the unaccompanied minor form and a named person to meet them
- Expectant mothers
- Up to week 28 without documents; weeks 29–36 with a doctor’s certificate issued within the last 7 days; not accepted after week 36
- Guide dog
- Free in the cabin, with a valid health card
