Each ticket’s allowance depends on its fare class and is printed on the ticket.

• Economy: 20 kg checked + 7 kg cabin
• Premium economy: 30 kg checked + 7 kg cabin
• Business: 40 kg checked + 10 kg cabin
• Infant under 2: 10 kg checked + one folding stroller

The earlier you ask for a refund, the smaller the penalty. If 780Air cancels your flight, you get the full fare back with no penalty.

If your flight is delayed, cancelled or moved, you are entitled to care and compensation under Civil Aviation Organization rules, and we are there to help.

• Delay 2–4 hours: Refreshments and phone access
• Delay over 4 hours: Meals and, if needed, accommodation
• Cancellation: Full refund or rebooking
• Notification: A call to the number in your booking

Passengers who need help, unaccompanied children and expectant mothers get dedicated assistance; just let us know in advance.

• Wheelchair: Free, request 48 hours before departure
• Unaccompanied minor: Ages 5–12, with parental consent form
• Expectant mothers: After week 32 with a medical certificate
• Assistance dog: In the cabin with valid documents

For a domestic flight, bring one valid photo ID.

• Adults: National ID card, passport or driving licence
• Children: Birth certificate or national ID card
• Infants: Birth certificate
• Foreign nationals: Valid passport or residence card

For a domestic flight, be at the airport at least 90 minutes before departure.

• Check-in opens: 2 hours before departure
• Check-in closes: 45 minutes before departure
• Gate closes: 20 minutes before departure
• Terminal: Mehrabad Airport, Terminal 2
