The time on your ticket is the starting point, but weather or operational reasons sometimes change it. If anything changes, we let you know at the number on your booking; these tips help that news reach you correctly and on time.
Keep your ticket details at hand
Keep your ticket number, date, route and flight time somewhere easy to find. If you bought the ticket from an agency, keep the agency’s phone number too.
Confirm changes with an official source
Ask about a time change through 780Air’s messages, our call centre or the agency that issued your ticket. Do not rely on unsourced messages on social media.
Allow time to get to the airport
Allow for traffic and weather, and be at the airport at least 90 minutes before a domestic flight. Check-in closes 45 minutes before departure.
Make sure your mobile number is right
When you buy the ticket, enter the passenger’s own mobile number. News of a time or gate change is sent to that number.
In short: give us the right number, read our messages and check once more before you set off.
